Dear Wine Lover,
We are pleased to announce the release of the Dom Perignon Rosé vintage 2002, in our opinion one of the greatest vintages for Dom Perignon ever released. The Brut 2002 was one of the greatest produced and the Rosé is even on another level!
Antonio Galloni, the champagne expert at the Wine Advocate (Robert Parker) gave it impressive 98 points which is the best rating ever given for a Dom Perignon Rosé. About this wine he states: “the most intense Rosé ever made by long-time Chef de Caves Richard Geoffroy.” He goes on to say that the wine will be “…nearly impossible to resist young…” but that it should last well until 2032.
As this wine is extremely limited in availability it may need to be allocated according to demand.

Antonio Galloni 98: Unfortunately there is only one new release from Dom Perignon on the market, but what a wine it is! The 2002 Brut Rose explodes from the glass with endless layers of huge, voluptuous fruit, A big, full-bodied wine, the 2002 is probably the most overly vinous, intense Rose ever made by long-time Chef de Caves Richard Geoffroy. Layers of cool, insistent minerality balance the fruit beautifully on the crystalline, vivid finish. The 2002 will be nearly impossible to resist young, but take my word for it; the wine is extremely closed right now. Anticipated maturity: 2015-2032.
