The principles of social responsibility, on which our corporate culture is based, direct all our choices in the direction of full and concrete sustainability.
Sustainability in social, financial, and operational terms, but also, and above all, environmentally sustainable.
We are aware of the effects that climate change will have (and is already having) on our planet and on our lives, and how fundamental everyone's actions and behaviors are to reversing this course.
Since 2017, we have begun a progressive journey of assessing and reducing our environmental impact, implementing concrete actions to reduce waste, plastic usage and our emissions.
These are the first steps on a gradual path of transformation that will lead Arvi to achieve increasingly ambitious sustainability goals. Goals to which not only all of us strive, from management to individual employees, but toward which our customers themselves are pushing us, with their growing expectations of our sustainable operations. The ARVIGREEN project demonstrates our growing attention to the issue of environmental protection. We also require the attention of the producers we select. In this regard, we invite you to visit
the section entirely dedicated to green wines.
For this reason, we have decided to strengthen our commitment to transparency, sharing here the progress we have made in recent years in this direction, and the sustainability goals we have set for the near future, with the reduction of emissions on all fronts and the installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of our headquarters.
As of May 2023, we have introduced photovoltaic systems to generate electricity and make the most of renewable energy in everyday life. The plant is capable of producing 110kw of power and for several hours of the day the company is totally autonomous and independent. At the same time, the photovoltaic system produces more energy than is consumed, and we are therefore also able to feed some of the solar energy created back into the grid.
